Our Impact

 Hagar's Kin is an organization made up of a variety of fabulous people, who, while from different walks of life, are united behind the organization's vision:  to seek to invite, encourage, and support the healing of adults who have been hurt by sexual harassment or misconduct because of their relationship to a church or faith community. 

Hagar's Kin leads Sexual Harassment Prevention Trainings across New York State, specifically geared towards faith communities. While these trainings seek to fulfill the law and educate, they are also invitations to imagine that God cares deeply about our relationships. Our trainings are also available online! 

Hagar's Kin is happy to partner with many different trusted organizations in order to support healing that is person-centered. A few of our trusted partners currently include Mental Health Advocates of WNY, Jericho Road Community Health Center, Brothers & Sisters Films, and The Centre for Theocentric Leadership & Learning.
